Looking for two flatmates to join me in a ground floor flat in Hoxton, just a 10-minute walk from Old Street and 20 minutes from Shoreditch and Islington. My current housemates are leaving due to new jobs. Monthly bills are approximately £100 each. The landlord is quick to address any issues. I work a few days a week and enjoy relaxing at the gym in the evenings. It would be great to socialize occasionally with dinners or barbecues in the garden. I have a bookshelf for sharing books, too. Viewings will be on July 20th and 21st. The tenancy starts on August 19th, but earlier move-in is possible. Looking for flatmates aged 23 to 35; no couples or pets allowed. The minimum stay is six months.
