Room to rent Cardinals Way, Greater London

Description

This is a room on a private floor at the top of the house, not en-suite. Bills are included up to £150 and cover a cleaner every two weeks, broadband, TV licence, gas, and electricity. The current resident is a Scottish-born Pakistani documentary filmmaker seeking another student, or someone who will pay Council Tax. The resident is pursuing a Masters in Art, works from home, and writes between projects. They are looking for a clean, positive, easy-going housemate who is respectful of living with a Muslim (no pork or alcohol in the house) or is Muslim themselves. The aim is to create a calm, peaceful home environment for occasional chats, tea, or dinner, serving as a sanctuary for both.
