Excellent WiFi is available throughout, and the room has a built-in wardrobe, a chest of drawers and newly fitted carpets. The house usually has seven to nine housemates, a mix of UK and international young professionals, and is quiet but sociable. Standard terms are a six-month contract with a £200 deposit, with shorter or more flexible contracts available at higher rates. All bills are included; housemates contribute to a shared kitchen for cleaning products and toilet paper and bring their own towels and bed linen.
