Room 1: The room is fully furnished with a double bed, mattress, 2 wardrobes, desk, chair, and side tables. The rent would be £1109 per month + bills.

Room 2: This is a cozy room that comes with a double bed + mattress, a nice wardrobe and additional furniture. You will be sharing a sizeable bathroom with one flatmate. The rent would be £1025 per month + bills.

Contract, utilities and deposit: This would be a 12-month contract until October 2026. The rent is inclusive of hot water, heating and cleaner services. We have an amazing cleaner who comes in fortnightly and her services are a non-negotiable part of the rental agreement. The other bills i.e. council tax (Band E), water, electricity and wifi which are not included come up to approx £150 per person. The deposit is around £1070 per person.
