Room to rent Robinson Road, Greater London

Description

We are looking for a new housemate to join our 4-bedroom house, a two-minute walk from Victoria Park and around five minutes from Cambridge Heath and Bethnal Green stations. The room is a good-sized double on the ground floor, with a ground-floor bathroom rarely used by anyone else, so in practice you will have your own private bathroom. The house is spacious, with a large lounge, a separate kitchen, a big garden and a basement for storage. The room is unfurnished except for a storage cabinet. Rent is £758.96 per month, or £851.34 per month including all bills. The deposit is £893. We are three housemates: Ronan (M29), Sam (M27) and Rosie (F26). Rosie and Ronan work in person five days a week, while Sam works remotely. We are looking for a female, 25 or older, who is clean, tidy and respectful of communal spaces. No couples, please; partners staying over a couple of times a week is fine. We are a genuinely social household who enjoy cooking, drinks at our local and making plans together, and we hope to find someone who wants to be part of the household. The room is available from 19 November, ideally with a move-in as soon as possible after that.
