Each of the three bedrooms is generously sized and furnished with a comfortable double bed. There are 3 bathrooms, giving everyone plenty of privacy and convenience. Two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with spacious walk-in showers and rainfall shower heads. The third bathroom is located in the hallway and features a bathtub with a rainfall shower head. The apartment also has a lovely sun-soaked balcony. The open-plan living and dining area features a 45-inch TV with Netflix, a comfortable sofa seating three people, two soft stools and a designer wooden dining table with seating for six. The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need for a comfortable short or extended stay, including oil, coffee, a toaster, hand blender, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine.
Parking is available for as little as £8 per day and is free on Sundays. A foldable cot with a mattress is available upon request.
The apartment is well-suited for professionals and offers a comfortable space for remote work.
The bedroom facing the street can sometimes experience some road noise. Earplugs are provided in the apartment to help ensure a comfortable and restful stay. Partying is strictly forbidden as it's a nice residential building. There is a strict no-smoking policy in the property, however, guests are welcome to use the outside garden and the ashtray provided. Please be respectful of the local residents and neighbours, and keep the noise to a reasonable level after 9 pm. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please ensure the main/entrance door is always closed and do not open/use anything from the white cupboard in the hallway as it contains the cleaners' supplies. Please collect all rubbish at the end of your stay. Please leave the property in a reasonable state and ensure all belongings have been taken with you. Please take extra care of your keys and do not give the keys or key code to anyone else during your stay. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. The person who booked must be present during check-in and throughout the stay.
The apartment is ideally located with convenient access to central London and the airports, making it a great base for exploring the city. It is just a 1-minute walk from Hackney Downs Overground Station and a 1-minute walk to a Tesco store. Many amazing coffee shops, bakeries, and restaurants are located around the apartment.
