I am looking for someone to take over my spacious room in a three-bedroom flat in Holland Park, where I have lived for two years. I am moving out after buying my own place. The rent is £1531 per month, with bills of about £225 per month. The room is available from 25 October, though this is somewhat flexible. You would be moving in with two girls in their late 20s and early 30s who both work corporate jobs and are in the office three to four days a week.
