The property is a 2-minute walk to Sydenham station with excellent transport links to London Bridge, Victoria, and central London (Zone 3). Lidl, Tesco, Sainsbury’s, independent shops, cafes, pubs, and restaurants are all within a 5-minute walk, as are PureGym and The Gym. The room is available now. The current housemate is Liv, 26, a professional from Scotland who has been living in London for 2.5 years. She enjoys going out and trying new restaurants but is equally happy staying in. She is looking for a friendly professional in their mid-twenties to early thirties, ideally someone who has their own life and friends in London and is preferably in the office 3-4 days a week. No students or pets are allowed, but being a cat person is a bonus as Liv plans to get a cat next year. Couples are not accepted, and smoking is not permitted. References are not required. The minimum age is 25 and the maximum age is 32. Females are preferred.
