We are an Australian couple from Melbourne looking for new housemates to join us in our two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment near London Fields, within walking distance of London Fields, Hackney Central and Bethnal Green stations. The furnished double room comes with its own bathroom just outside the bedroom, and includes a bed, two bedside tables, a wardrobe and a set of drawers. Rent is £1,275 per calendar month plus bills, available from 30 November, on a long-term subletting basis with the potential to join the lease. We are open to couples or singles, ideally working professionals who work hybrid or in the office. We are friendly, social and house-proud, and share cleaning responsibilities. We enjoy hosting dinners, film nights and pub visits, while also valuing time for our own interests. Viewings are planned for the weekend of 30 October to 2 November, with flexibility for later.
