Description
Our flatmate Max is moving out of this one-bedroom flat in East London after two years, and we are looking for someone to take his place. We are three young professionals who met on SpareRoom. We enjoy a sociable flat, with movie nights and post-work chats in the living room, while respecting each other's space.
The room is a ground-floor double bedroom with primary access to the downstairs bathroom. We share a fully equipped kitchen and living room and have a private patio out the back, great for BBQs and sunbathing in summer.
We are looking for someone of a similar age who is in full-time work (no students, please). Water and council tax are included in the rent. Gas, electricity and Wi-Fi come to approximately £40 per month. The move-in date is slightly flexible. The landlord asks for a UK-based guarantor, and ideally a UK passport. It is a rolling contract, and we are hoping for someone to stay at least six months. Viewings are this weekend, with some weekday availability. Send us a message and tell us a bit about yourself.
