We are looking for a new housemate to take over Tom's room in our spacious Victorian house starting at the end of July. The house, located in Blackheath Royal Standard, is within walking distance to Blackheath Village and Greenwich Park, just a 4-minute walk from Westcombe Park station. You'll be sharing the house with two females and one cat. Athena, 27, works for the government and enjoys music and café outings. I’m 25, French, and work in live music ticketing. We appreciate a laid-back atmosphere and keep the place tidy. Rent is £700 per month, with bills averaging around £80, possibly rising to £100 in winter. A deposit of approximately £800 will be required, and you will need to pass agency referencing. We prefer someone aged 25-30, but we're open to finding the right fit.
