Room to rent Clarence Road, Greater London

Description

A mezzanine room is available in a house share from 10th November, with a long-term stay preferred. The house is conveniently located a 5-10 minute walk from Hackney Central and Hackney Downs stations, offering easy access to cafes, bars, restaurants, green spaces, Hackney Downs, London Fields, and the canal. The house features three bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a laundry room. There is no separate living room, but all bedrooms have mezzanine beds, providing ample space for work, relaxation, or storage, along with additional storage in the flat. The room can be provided unfurnished or partly furnished with a mattress, desk, and chest of drawers if needed. The high ceilings contribute to a bright and spacious feel. The current household consists of three friendly and easy-going individuals: Roberto (36, film artist), and Arianna & Toby (a British/Italian couple, Toby is 32 and an IT professional, Ari is 28 and a literature researcher, with Ari rejoining next year). They seek a considerate, clean individual with a similar relaxed attitude who respects shared spaces. Privacy is maintained, but friendly interaction is encouraged. The rent is £700 per month, inclusive of council tax, internet, and water bills. Additional costs for gas, electricity, and a fortnightly cleaner amount to approximately £50 per person per month. There is no agency fee, and the deposit is £700.
