Two double rooms with mezzanines are available in a shared house. The rooms are unfurnished and do not have external windows, but are equipped with a fresh-air ventilation system. The house is home to 16 residents, including designers, hospitality workers, musicians, makers and doers. The household is generally chill during weekdays and social on weekends. They are looking for a long-term housemate who is comfortable with some noise and activity, as there can occasionally be parties and gatherings. A quiet-by-midnight rule is in place on weekdays. Residents are expected to contribute to keeping shared spaces clean. There is a studio at the front of the house where some housemates work from home. There is a small outdoor area at the front and another at the back of the house. The property has 3 showers and 3 toilets. Universal Credit, housing benefit and other types of allowances are accepted, as long as rent is paid on time. The tenancy is a rolling one-month contract with one month's notice to move out. Minimum age to apply is 25. Couples are not accepted.
