We are an easy-going house share, looking for two flatmates who want to stay and make a home. Our home has a toilet separate from the bathroom, a cleaning roster in place for weeks when the cleaner is not visiting, a dishwasher to add to the comfort of life and a cleaner twice a month!

Your double bedroom is carpeted and it has just been cleaned recently and includes a built-in wardrobe with storage to the ceiling, a bookshelf, a bedside table with a lamp and a large chest of drawers.

The monthly rent is £780, and the Deposit is £860 which can be reduced, details are below.

NOTE: Reducing your deposit amount is meant to be temporary while allowing you to save up your deposit. The idea is to allow you to get the room without needing the whole deposit. In essence for each £100 reduction in deposit, it is a £10 increase in rent.

The Council Tax band is C and the cost is included in the rent. Gas and electricity are not included and have been approximately £10 per month. The cleaner cleans the common areas twice a month to further create comfort and costs £25 each. General household cleaning and consumables come to £15 each per month. Total extra per month is approximately £50.

Note: It would be best to provision £30 per month instead of £10 to build up a bit of extra energy for when winter rolls around.
