I'm looking for a lodger to join me in my modern, spacious 3-bedroom flat in Tottenham. The room is available from 9 November 2026 to June 2027, with a possibility to review. The flat was built five years ago and offers a large open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, two south-facing balconies, a utility room, and a secure communal entrance with two security doors and lift access. A separate secure bike store is also available.
The bedroom is fully furnished with a comfortable bed and mattress, a large wardrobe and an office desk. Depending on the room, it has either a private balcony or access to a shared balcony leading from the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, microwave, oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The living room has a comfortable reclining sofa and a 65" TV.
Transport links are excellent: Tottenham Hale (Victoria Line and National Rail) is an 8-minute walk, Bruce Grove (Overground) a 10-minute walk, and several local bus routes are nearby. Tottenham Retail Park and Tottenham High Road are both about a 10-minute walk away, with supermarkets, shops, restaurants and pubs. Tottenham Wetlands and the River Lee are a 2-minute walk, and several gyms are within walking distance.
I travel regularly for work and am often out seeing friends or family. I am relaxed and easy-going, happy to socialise, and value personal space. I'm looking for someone similarly relaxed, respectful and tidy. Rent includes all bills.
