Louise & Jimmy are renting out two lovely rooms in their semi-detached house for a few months while they save for their wedding. They’d love to find people who want to live in a home, not just rent a room, and enjoy having people around for chats or occasional film nights. The house features two available double bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious garden with a 3m x 3m adult paddling pool. Bills are included (water, gas, electric, council, and fast wifi!).
The Blue Room is slightly larger with a king-size bed, desk, and wardrobe, priced at £250 per week. The Pink Room is slightly smaller with a double bed and four large wardrobes with built-in drawers, priced at £200 per week.
They are fairly flexible with move-in and move-out dates, with a minimum term of none and a maximum term of 2 months. The deposit is £275.00.
