Description
A lovely housemate is moving out, and we are looking for someone new to join our home. We are Adele, Amy, Claire, and Oli, a house of five people, aged 25 to 40, including care workers, a DJ, a photographer, and a theatre maker. We value our independence while enjoying occasional movie nights, shared meals, and quiet chats. Our home is a welcoming space for everyone, particularly for those who identify as queer or neurodivergent. The bright, spacious first-floor warehouse reflects a minimalist aesthetic but can evolve with new residents. We do not allow pets due to allergies, and smoking is only permitted outside. Rent is £590 per month, with an additional deposit of the same amount, and bills typically do not exceed £50 per person. Move-in date is August 1, 2026.
