Room to rent Ashfield Street, Greater London

Description

A small but cosy, fully furnished room is available in a house share. The room includes a desk, two shelves, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. It is lockable from both inside and out. The flat features a kitchen, living room, garden, three toilets, and two showers with good water pressure, a washing machine, and ample fridge and freezer space. The flatmates are aged between 25-30, with one older gentleman who keeps to himself. The property is a 7-minute walk to Whitechapel station, offering access to the Elizabeth line, District, Hammersmith & City, and Overground lines, providing excellent connectivity to Liverpool Street and Canary Wharf. A park with a calisthenics area is a 5-minute walk away, and a corner shop is 1 minute away. The street is quiet and safe, with mostly families as neighbours. The landlord is responsive and fair. Standard referencing and right-to-rent checks apply, and a guarantor is needed. Viewings are available on weekdays from 6:40 pm to 10 pm, and any time at the weekend. Your tenancy and rent start on 13 November, but you can move in a week early, on 6 November, at no cost, provided your paperwork and checks with the landlord are completed by 6 November.
