Description

We are two women in our late twenties and early thirties looking for a third flatmate to join us in our Islington townhouse. You would be replacing one of our flatmates in the lower back bedroom, a cosy, quiet room that backs onto the garden. The room comes semi-furnished with a bed, wardrobe and bedside table, and a couple of additional pieces of furniture can be left behind if wanted. You will share a bathroom with one other person.

You will be living with Jess, who works in architecture, and Anna, who works in international development. In our free time we like eating out, exploring different neighbourhoods and travelling as much as possible. We are looking for a likeminded person who will treat the flat as a home, has their own thing going on but is open to the odd flat dinner or drinks, and is clean, tidy and respectful of the flat and each other's space.

One flatmate is immunosuppressed, so we socialise outside the house for health reasons and are looking for someone happy to do the same and keep the flat a calm space to come back to. Ideally you would work mainly from the office, as there is limited work-from-home space. Rent is £883 per month and the deposit is £750. Please get in touch with a bit about yourself and what you are looking for in a flat and flatmates.
