It faces away from the main road, so it’s also really quiet. Bed and bedside table are included. The whole flat was refurbished just over a year ago, so it still feels really fresh and new. It’s a lovely, relaxed home rather than just a flatshare. Balham station is only a 3-minute walk away, with the Northern line and National Rail. There are loads of cafés, restaurants, pubs and gyms nearby, plus Aldi, Sainsbury’s, Waitrose and M&S all within walking distance. You’ll be living with Olivia, 28, who works in marketing and is in the office three days a week. She’s super friendly, tidy, chilled and respectful, always up for a chat or watching a show together, but equally happy doing her own thing. Looking for someone friendly, clean and respectful who wants a relaxed, homely place to live.
