We are looking for a new flatmate to move into one of the upstairs bedrooms in our lovely 4-bed, 2-bath flat. The flat is a maisonette split over two floors and features a small outdoor garden, perfect for summer, and a parking space. The room is furnished with a double bed, desk, chair, and wardrobe. You'll be living with Kelly, Tamsin, and TP (aged 22-24), who work in law, insurance, and communications. We are respectful of each other's space but also enjoy chatting in the kitchen or occasional hangouts. We are an LGBTQ+ friendly household. We are seeking a young professional (ideally 20-30) or a full-time working postgrad student who is a non-smoker, respectful, quiet, and considerate. Unfortunately, we are not a pet-friendly household. Viewings are available in person.
