There are two bathrooms, both with showers, meaning you would only share with one other person. The ideal housemate is a full-time professional, social, and queer-friendly. The room is unfurnished, but the outgoing housemate is willing to sell their furniture. The rent is £750 per month, excluding bills which are approximately £150 and include a cleaner for communal areas every fortnight. A washing machine and dishwasher are available.
