A gorgeous miniature poodle is part of the household. The bedroom is not large but has a double bed with storage, a desk with drawers, a clothes rail and space to move furniture around and decorate. The communal areas include a large kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer, and a lounge with a dining table. There is also a small balcony. No cigarettes are to be smoked inside the flat. The property is located on a high street with a Lidl supermarket a 2-minute walk away, as well as shops and food places. A micropub, post office, and bus stop are across the road. Parking is easy to find. It is a 12-minute walk to Mottingham Station for easy access to Central London, and a short drive to the countryside in Kent.

This is a flat share with the live-in landlady. The landlady is fun-loving and relaxed, and the flat is LGBTQ+ friendly and anti-racist. Interests include music, comedy, human rights and social justice issues, festivals, cooking and travelling. The landlady grew up in Spain but is from the UK. She works out of the flat Monday to Friday, with only one day a week working from home. She goes out to see friends usually once or twice a weekend. She is not your standard live-in landlady as she is fun loving and quite relaxed as long as everyone is happy and comfortable and the flat is secure and in a clean enough state. She doesn't need her housemate to spend time with her, but would be open to it and would be very open to flat meals and movie nights. She is a sociable, friendly and tolerant individual.

Viewings are available week commencing 21st September, in person or virtual, with a view to secure the room ASAP. The room is only available sometime after the end of August to 20th September. Viewings can start after 21st September, with virtual viewings also available. Ideally, the room would be filled by October. The landlady would struggle with viewings during her travels but could start after 21st September.
