Description
We are looking for a friendly new (female) housemate to join our lovely home. We are a quiet household and not a party house, so we are looking for someone who is respectful and considerate of the other people they live with. We value a friendly, social atmosphere at home, whether that's the occasional movie night, takeaway or sharing a bottle of wine, but we also understand the importance of having your own space and enjoying some peace and privacy. We have a shared cleaning rota, so it's important that everyone is happy to do their share and keep the house clean and tidy.
The room is a small, bright single room and comes furnished. Bills average around £170 per month, depending on the time of year. We have a good-sized lounge, large kitchen, garden and shared bathroom, with parking available on the front drive.
You'd be living with two girls, both working professionals in their late 20s/early 30s.
