The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, and a Philips L’Or Barista coffee machine, along with all essential cooking items. Bathroom 1 (upstairs) has a full-sized bathtub with a shower and complimentary toiletries, while Bathroom 2 (downstairs) offers an additional toilet and sink for convenience. A washing machine is provided for longer stays.
Free parking is available directly outside the property, and a complimentary starter pack includes tea, coffee, shampoo, shower gel, soap, washing-up liquid, toilet roll, and kitchen roll.
A quiet, well-lit workspace is available for remote work or planning your day, with central heating and fast Wi-Fi throughout the house.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. Evidence of smoking will result in a minimum £300 charge. Parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests are not allowed. Violations may lead to the cancellation of your stay without a refund and potential involvement of security teams and local authorities, with associated costs charged to you. This property is a self-check-in property, with a standard check-in time of 4 PM. Guests will be requested to verify their identity before check-in. Pets are not allowed.
IMPORTANT: Our partner requires guest verification facilitated by Truvi (previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee, currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
The house is situated in a quiet, safe neighborhood close to Charlton Park. It's within a short drive or bus ride from Charlton Station (15 min walk) for trains to London Bridge and Cannon Street, North Greenwich/O2 Arena (10-15 mins by car or bus), Greenwich Park & Maritime Museum (10 mins by car), and the Excel Centre & Canary Wharf (20-30 mins by transport). Supermarkets, takeaways, and shops are all nearby. Regular buses serve North Greenwich (Jubilee Line) and Woolwich (Elizabeth Line), offering a 20-minute journey to Central London. There is easy access to the A2, Blackwall Tunnel, and M25.
