Description
A large fully furnished double room is available for sublet in a 2-bed flat. Conveniently, it's a 5-minute walk to London Fields and various amenities, including Lidl and cafés. You'll be sharing the flat with myself and Nic, a couple working in the fashion and audio industries. As a vegetarian household, we prefer a roommate who is also veggie/vegan or can refrain from cooking meat. We're looking for a friendly, clean individual, not a party flat atmosphere. The monthly rent is £1200, covering all bills—wifi, heating, electricity, water, and council tax—with no couples permitted. The room is available for September, with a move-in date from August 24th.
