We are Rebecca (28), a designer working with beauty brands, and Mary Kate (29), an embryologist working in IVF, looking for a new housemate to join our flat. Neither of us works from home much. The top-floor flat has a big, cosy living room, two balconies and great views across the London skyline, and is full of natural light. Pubs are nearby. The room is on the smaller side but has a great City view and plenty of built-in storage around the flat that comes with it. We are laid-back and enjoy a relaxed home, with lots of Netflix, chats on the sofa and occasional pub nights, but are equally happy doing our own thing. We are looking for someone friendly, considerate and easygoing. Bills are included. Available from 6th December 2026.
