A regular cleaner visits every two weeks and a Netflix account is included. The bedroom has an ensuite shower room, a bed, mattress, desk, chair and built-in wardrobe, and items can be added or removed. The current housemates are Marianna (32), an interior designer, and Marcia (29), a nurse, and a female housemate is preferred. The rent is £975 per month plus approximately £150 for bills.
