The household is open to all friendly people, including those visiting for work, provided they are working or in full-time education. Bills are included, and there is plenty of storage space. A tiny, sweet dog occasionally stays with the residents, mainly in a flatmate's room or in the garden. The sublet time is open to negotiation, ideally for a minimum of 2 months, with potential for extension into early to mid-next year. The housemates are aged 27-29, with one female and one male. They are smokers and have pets. Their interests include music, travelling, cooking, reading, films, cycling, exhibitions, dinner parties, radio, and girl dinners. The new housemate should be between 25 and 35 years old, and while couples are okay, pets are not suitable. Smoking is permitted, and references are not required. LGBT individuals are preferred.
