Room to rent Princess Park Manor, Greater London

Description

Lauren has recently bought her first flat and renovated it, and is now looking for a flatmate to rent the second bedroom. The bedroom has been freshly painted and has a new carpet and underlay. It has a built-in wardrobe with half-height hanging and drawers underneath, full-length hanging space, and storage under the bed. A brand new John Lewis double bed will be provided, but a mattress still needs to be bought before move-in. Blackout and thermally insulated blinds are being fitted. The bathroom, with a bath and toilet, is for the flatmate's own use. The living room has a new sofa, an armchair and a large TV. A mezzanine above the living room holds a small kitchen and dining table. The flat has 24/7 building security. A second parking space can be arranged if needed. The building has two grassy areas, two tennis courts and a gym at a resident discount of about £80-90 a month. New Southgate station is a 2-3 minute walk away and Arnos Grove on the Piccadilly line is about 15 minutes on foot. Lauren works in events and often in the office, and is looking for a respectful, clean and tidy flatmate who does not work from home all week. The flat is not a party house, so a calm and quiet home is preferred. Please share your occupation, hobbies and a potential move-in date.
