You will be living with a male in his early 30s who works in the arts, with a mix of working from home and studios. As it is a small flat, we are looking for someone sociable who is welcome to use the projector to watch TV and films in your room, but who also respects the space.
Location: You're just off Camberwell Church Street / Peckham Road, with Grove House, Lala Books, Camberwell Arms, Burgess Park, South London Gallery, Toad Bakery and Kerfield within a few minutes' walk. Denmark Hill station is around 10–15 minutes away, with easy connections into central London and beyond.
