We are looking for a new housemate for a bedroom in our 4-bed Victorian-style house. The house is fully furnished, but the room is unfurnished except for a built-in wardrobe and bed. The room also has an en suite with bath/shower and toilet. The house is set across 3 floors and also has a basement, with a lounge room, huge kitchen-diner, toilet, office and back laundry area leading into a big garden. The kitchen is the hub of the house with a large island, dining table, two fridge-freezers and plenty of storage space. The first floor has three bedrooms, a large storage cupboard, and a bathroom and the top floor has a bedroom en suite. We are looking for a young professional who enjoys being sociable, exercising, and wants to spend time together as a house. The garden is big and we all spend time together keeping it nice and usable. We also have a small dog called Rhubarb. Itâ€s a very sociable house, everyone gets along so well and enjoys a good laugh and a drink. The environment at home is a huge part of our house so we really want to ensure our new housemate fits in. Rent and utilities: £1,302 inclusive of bill plus a bi-weekly cleaner (£30 a month each). Deposit: £817.49.
