No parties or events are permitted. Standard check-in is after 3pm and check-out is before 11am. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request with additional charges, and a £30 charge will be requested for unauthorised early check-in or late check-out. A £100 charge will be requested for lost keys. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is not allowed. Guests should note that there are steps within the property, making it unsuitable for people with limited mobility. Guests will undergo a verification process facilitated by Truvi, which requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. Guests can choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 to cover potential damages during their stay.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee, currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
