The household values a balance of independence and community, sharing meals, evenings and experiences while each keeping their own space. Interests include vegetarian and vegan food, sustainability, non-violent communication, meditation, yoga and Five Rhythms. Kindness, openness and a desire to co-create a nice home matter most. The home is kept clean, tidy and cared for. Smokers are welcome, pets are not. Applicants aged 30 to 45 are preferred, with references required. The minimum term is 6 months, the deposit is £1,000 and bills are not included.
