Flat to rent Barry Road, Greater London

Description

A stand-alone garden barn flatlet of roughly 45 square metres, located at the rear of a Victorian house in East Dulwich. The fully furnished flatlet offers sole use of a bedroom with a double bed, a shower room with WC, a kitchen, a dining area, a living room space and a small outer lean-to room. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, coffee machine, sink and drainer, plates, crockery, cutlery, saucepans and baking dishes. A TV, radio and small upright washing machine are included. Mains gas, electricity, internet and TV are connected, and all bills are included in the rent: gas, electricity, water, waste, council tax, WiFi, broadband, TV licence, maintenance and garden care. Outside there is a small shared patio and a vegetable patch in the garden. The barn has separate direct access from the street via a locked side entrance. The retired owners live in the main house. Nearby bus routes and rail stations provide good connections, and the area offers shopping, cafés, bars, parks and sports facilities. The offer is for a 6 to 12 month lodging agreement, potentially extendable by mutual agreement, with a short formal agreement to be signed in advance. Owners should be met before viewing, and an application is required before visits.
