We are two students (aged 20 and 24) looking for a flatmate to join our calm and cozy home. We are an LGBT household and would love to welcome a queer person or an ally. We enjoy the occasional shared dinner or board game night, but we also respect privacy. Our home is fully equipped with a large shared kitchen and living room, including a washer, dryer, dishwasher, oven, and fridge. The rent is bill-inclusive, covering wifi, council tax, electricity, gas, and water. We are looking for a non-smoking flatmate for a minimum term of 6 months. References are required. If you are looking for a respectful, drama-free living environment, we would love to hear from you.
