We are a professional couple seeking a regular lodger for one or two week-nights a week in our large home in zone 1, suited to a busy professional who needs to be in London a few days a week. Pricing is to be discussed depending on the nights, approximately £75 per night.

The house is around 10 minutes' walk from four tube stations: Nine Elms (zone 1), Vauxhall (zone 1), Oval (zone 2) and Stockwell (zone 2). The street is in a low traffic neighbourhood with free parking after 5.30pm and secure bike parking. A gym and many other amenities are within 5 minutes' walk.

The double room is at the back of the house, very quiet and overlooking the garden, with a desk and monitor. Linen is provided and there is a new Emma mattress. Hanging space for clothes is limited. You will have use of the shared kitchen, your own private living room, and the bathroom, which is occasionally shared. Personal items can be left between stays.

We are generally at home in the evenings and tend to have early nights. The room is not available on Friday, Saturday or Sunday nights.
