A cosy room is available in a friendly house share, ideally suited for someone working in London during the week and traveling home on weekends (Monday to Friday). The ground floor features an open-plan layout with a comfortable lounge, dining area, and a well-equipped eat-in kitchen. Outside, there is a sunny garden perfect for relaxing. You will be living with two professionals who enjoy music, film, cooking, and travel. Please note that we have two cats, so you must be comfortable with pets. We prefer to keep work and home life separate, so no working from home. This is a 6-month let with bills included. We are looking for a female housemate aged 21-70. Smoking is permitted. A deposit of £750 is required. Available from 4th September 2026.
