Street parking on Caledonian Road is limited to 2 hours, and a public car park is nearby, though public transport is recommended. Pets are allowed with a fee of £100 per pet per stay. For stays over 7 nights, additional housekeeping is available for an extra fee of £65 per week.
This studio offers free Wi-Fi and a Smart TV with Netflix, providing a comfortable set-up for remote work.
As this is a basement studio beneath a Post Office, some daytime operational noise from above may occasionally be heard between 10 AM and 5 PM on weekdays. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. Smoking is not allowed indoors, with a £1000 fine for violations. Parties or events are not allowed, and any breach will result in immediate removal without refund. Loud music, smoking indoors, or any sign of parties will trigger monitoring systems and lead to instant removal without refund. Early check-in is available for £10 per half hour before the stated time (if not pre-approved), and late check-out is £10 per half hour after 10 AM. Guests are required to complete an online check-in form, agree to terms and conditions, and provide a valid UK photo ID or passport.
