We are looking for a third flatmate to join our cosy flatshare in Holland Park from December. The rent is £1,060 per month, excluding bills. The flat is a 3-minute walk from Holland Park tube station (Central Line) and a 15-minute walk from Portobello Road in Notting Hill, with its cafes, secondhand stores and restaurants.

You would be living with two flatmates, Garance (French, 29) and Steffi (German, 31), who both work full time and have lived in the flat for the last four years. We are looking for someone around a similar age who also works full time, at least 2-3 days per week in the office.

We regularly spend time together, do arts and crafts and have friends over for dinner, and we would love to do the same with a new flatmate. We also value our independence and respect each other's privacy.
