The house has 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a kitchen/diner, a separate living room and a lovely garden. We are looking for housemates who want to be friends, who keep the house clean and tidy and who are always up for a laugh.

We often spend evenings together eating, chatting and watching TV, and in summer we hang out in Brockwell Park. Our interests include good food, pub trips, picnics, running, sport, gigs and board game nights.

Parking permits are available for on-street parking. Brixton Station is a 10-minute walk away, Clapham North and Clapham High Street are 15 minutes away, and there are plenty of buses. Brockwell Park and lido are a 10-minute walk, Clapham Common is 15 minutes away, and there is a large Tesco and Lidl 5 minutes away, along with many local bars, pubs and restaurants.
