I'm looking for someone to take over my room in a house share, available from the 31st of July. The house is well-located near Borough and London Bridge stations, with easy access to the City and proximity to the Bermondsey Beer Mile and Borough Market. I've enjoyed living here for nearly three years with my four male housemates, creating a good atmosphere. The house has five rooms, with current occupants aged between 24 and 25. We prefer no pets and smoking is acceptable. Viewings can be arranged on Wednesdays, Fridays, or weekends, as we are all busy during the week. A deposit of £1,292 is required, but bills are not included.
