We are looking for two new flatmates to take over our cosy three-bedroom flat in Highbury and Islington, London. Both rooms are available from 8 December 2026. The flat sits in an old late Victorian and early Edwardian mansion block right next to Highbury Fields, in a peaceful, pretty area with plenty of cafes and pubs.

Both rooms are very spacious, with wide Edwardian sash windows and plenty of light. Each room is furnished with a double bed and storage shelving, and the new tenant is free to curate the room as they wish. The two rooms share a bathroom, while the third room is an ensuite.

The open kitchen and living room overlook a private garden full of foliage, and the kitchen comes with all the necessary appliances and allotted storage space. A communal lounge and small studio space is also in the works, which the new tenants would be welcome to help transform.

Bills for water, electricity, gas and wifi are shared between the flatmates and included in the monthly rent of approximately £1300 per room, with the cost varying month to month. Please get in touch to arrange a viewing from late October onwards.
