Flat to rent Cheverton Road, Greater London

Hello! I'm looking for a woman, aged 45 or over, to move in with me and my two cats. The flat has one bedroom, with no separate living room. It is an old flat with some quirks, and our bedrooms are at opposite ends of the flat. The bathroom was refurbished a few years ago, all windows are double glazed, and there is a basement and an unruly garden.

The bedroom is unfurnished and a proper double, with room for a double bed, sofa and desk. It is at the front of the property, the carpet was replaced this year, and it is a very sunny room.

I am looking for someone decent, honest and respectful who has experience of living with cats and genuinely likes them. The cats have free reign of the flat, so this is not the place for anyone who dislikes cat fur, paw prints, or cats in their room or on their bed. I would also like a housemate who does not have people over often, as I rarely have guests when my housemate is around.

I work full time for a news/media organisation, working from home in the common area one day a week, usually Fridays.

Monthly bills (estimated, generally increasing each April): rent £1155, electric/gas £91, water £80 (a water meter was recently fitted, so this may decrease), council tax £184, internet £24. There is also an annual garden waste collection charge and general household expenses such as cleaning products and toilet paper. Rent is due on the 9th and other bills on the 21st of each month. Deposit is £800. Proof of identity, ability to pay bills and the right to live in the UK are required.
