The bathroom includes a bath with an overhead shower, toilet, and sink. Both bedrooms can be configured as one super-king bed or two single beds. An airbed is available for a fifth guest.

Free private gated parking is available for 1 car. Pets are allowed with a fee of £100 per pet per stay. Additional housekeeping is available for an extra fee of £70 per week for stays over 7 nights.

The dedicated workspace includes a wall-mounted desk with an office chair and lamp, with Wi-Fi throughout the apartment.

Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. Smoking is not allowed indoors, and a £1000 fine will be applied if smoking is detected. Parties and events are not allowed, and any breach will result in immediate removal by security with no refund. Noise and air monitoring systems are in place. Early check-in is available for £10 per half hour before the stated time (if not pre-approved), and late check-out is £10 per half hour after 10 AM. Online check-in is required, and the lead guest must complete a secure check-in form, agree to T&Cs, and provide a valid UK photo ID or passport.

Forest Gate is a quiet residential area in East London, offering everyday prices and convenience. You'll find shops, markets, cafes, gyms, and parks within a short walk. Grocery stores and halal restaurants are plentiful nearby. Westfield Stratford City, the ABBA Arena, and the rest of Stratford are a short bus or train ride away, and the Elizabeth line provides direct access to Liverpool Street and the City.
