The house features a detached kitchen and an extra shared storage room that can serve as a guest room, though please note there is no living room. The room itself is bright during the day and quiet at night. Residents also have access to a small shared garden. The monthly bills, which are approximately £180 per room, cover internet, gas, electricity, water, and council tax. The deposit is £845, and the contract is renewed annually with a 12-month minimum term. Couples and smokers are welcome, though pets are not suitable.
