We are looking for someone for short-term stay in our spare room. We live in a modern, clean, and bright 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment with a breathtaking city view. The flat is sunny and bright. We are a 10-minute walk from Broadway Market, known for its diverse weekend cuisines, and very close to excellent restaurants and bars on Kingsland Road. The apartment block is situated by a beautiful park with ping pong tables, picnic areas, and a children's playground. We have a special roof terrace overlooking the London skyline, perfect for social gatherings. The indoor apartment is comfortable for smaller groups. We offer a gas BBQ, a 6-person outdoor table, an outdoor couch, and a coffee table. Inside, there is a well-stocked kitchen with a Nutribullet, mocha pot, and baking equipment, all available for use. Bed linens and towels are provided for the spare room. The bed is a double Murphy bed, allowing the room to double as an office. The main bathroom is for the spare room's use, as we have our own en-suite. This is ideal for someone new to London or in between accommodations.

Myself and my partner are out two weekday evenings a week for activities like dodgeball and weekly dinners at my sister's. We typically go out one evening on the weekend. Most of our friends are in the LGBT community, and we often socialize in LGBT bars/clubs.
