We are seeking a female housemate to join our spacious house share in Wimbledon/Raynes Park. We have a double bedroom available for £750 and a single bedroom for £625, with all bills included. The double bedroom is available from December 17th, 2025, and the single bedroom from January 1st, 2026. We prefer long-term stays but can consider short-term ones with a flexible agreement. The house features 2 bathrooms, a shower, a separate toilet, a large kitchen with 3 fridges, a living room, a garden, a shed for extra storage, and a swimming pool. The location is ideal for those working at St. George's Hospital, Kingston University, or commuting to Sutton, Surrey, or central London, with trains taking only 20 minutes to the city centre. We are looking for a professional or a student to share the house with us. The current housemates are a mix of 21-35-year-old British and international women working in IT, digital marketing, and sales. We look forward to sharing the house with you in a stress-free and comfortable way.
