This property is a two-storey house share, with two flats on two floors, working together as a single housing cooperative. The bedroom is located on the ground floor and the flat is to be shared with two other people. It is very spacious and light with a high ceiling and a bay window. This is a cat-friendly environment, but no dogs are allowed. You will be sharing the kitchen, bathroom (with shower and a decent size bath), living room, and garden. We work together in caring for the house and garden, doing weekly cleaning in turns etc. We respect each other's privacy and leisure time, with no noise or house guests after 10 pm. There are house rules in place that everyone is required to get familiar with and accept before moving in. Rent is £650/pcm with a £650 deposit (4 weeks notice). Both are paid in advance.
