The house is busy yet quiet, and the current residents include the owner, who works in the film industry, and a younger Brazilian lady working in catering. The property is looking for a quiet, tidy, considerate, and friendly flatmate. The owner is Brazilian, gay, and welcomes all nationalities and sexualities. While it would be lovely if the flatmate is in the creative industry, it is not a requirement. A dog-lover would also be appreciated, as there is a friendly and well-behaved chihuahua named Lulu. One of the rooms is large and equipped with a large wardrobe, table, and mini-fridge. There are three males in the house (two gay and one straight). The house is not enormous but is in good condition, featuring a garden, lounge, kitchen with all amenities, and a separate bathroom and WC. Please note that the garden and lounge are only partially communal, as access requires walking through the owner's room. The area is very privileged, with Chalk Farm tube station a 7-minute walk away and Belsize Park station an 8-minute walk away. Overground services are also nearby. It is a very short walk to Camden Market, Hampstead Heath, and Primrose Hill, making it convenient for shopping, dining, picnics, and jogging.

This is a shared accommodation with a live-in landlord. Bills are included in the rent.
